"This Flatline's a real twisted customer. He's a... "used" parts dealer that operates out of Kalis. I've dealt with him for info and upgrades sometimes, never really caring to ask where he got either. One look into this bot's eyes is enough to shift the polarity of yer spark. I once bought a locking chip from 'im that was still dripping with mech fluid. Warm mech fluid. Needless to say, I can't recommend hanging around Kalis after dark. Not that it was all that safe to begin with."
